WinPKR95 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on winpkr95, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is binding from the moment you complete your registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use winpkr95. We recommend reading the full document before you deposit or play anything. Registering on winpkr95 constitutes your unconditional acceptance of every clause contained here, including any terms specific to individual promotions, payment methods or game types.

winpkr95 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the terms each time you use the platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use winpkr95, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on winpkr95.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing account with winpkr95 — each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when opening or operating your winpkr95 account.

Age Verification

winpkr95 takes age verification seriously. We may request a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification at any point to verify your age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified as 18+ will be suspended pending verification and closed permanently if verification cannot be completed. Any funds held in an underage account will be refunded to the depositing payment method after deduction of any promotional credits.

Account Security

Your winpkr95 username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winpkr95 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on winpkr95 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winpkr95 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals — the amount you send is the amount that arrives, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount that reaches your wallet or bank account.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from winpkr95 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a security measure to prevent funds going to unverified accounts. Identity verification is required for withdrawals above a set threshold, and may be requested at any time as part of our standard security procedures. winpkr95 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

winpkr95 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts undergoing verification or security review. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from your balance if a withdrawal is initiated before the requirements are met.

4Bonuses and Promotions

winpkr95 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including the Welcome Bonus, weekly cricket cashback, PSL Season Specials and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible winpkr95 members only. The Welcome Bonus applies to a player's first deposit only and cannot be claimed multiple times.
• All bonuses credited to your winpkr95 account carry a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire are removed from the account without compensation.
• winpkr95 reserves the right to determine which games or bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category and are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — for example by opening multiple accounts to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• winpkr95 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New winpkr95 members are eligible for the 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited to the player's account following the qualifying deposit and requires wagering before withdrawal. Full Welcome Bonus terms are available on the Promotions page.

Cricket Cashback

winpkr95 runs a 10% cricket cashback promotion credited every Monday based on net cricket betting losses from the preceding week. The cashback applies to settled cricket bets only and carries a 1x wagering requirement with a 7-day validity from the date of credit. The cashback is calculated and credited automatically — no opt-in is required.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on winpkr95 are subject to the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the market or game in question.

Placing Bets

• Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by the winpkr95 system and a confirmation message has been displayed. A bet is not valid until this confirmation has been received.
• winpkr95 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. Current limits are displayed on the bet placement interface within winpkr95.
• winpkr95 may limit the stakes or maximum winnings available to individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where irregular or advantage-seeking betting patterns are identified.

Market Settlement

All cricket markets on winpkr95 are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the governing body of the competition in question. For PSL matches, the official PSL result is used. For international fixtures, the result confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant national board applies. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, the decision of winpkr95's trading team is final pending any official correction.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets on winpkr95 update in real time based on live match data. There may be brief periods where markets are suspended for settlement of prior events or due to data feed delays. winpkr95 accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on information perceived to be in advance of current play where a data delay is confirmed.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winpkr95 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on winpkr95, regardless of the device, email address or payment method used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with winpkr95 without manual input.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities — any gains obtained through exploitation will be reversed.
• Participating in any form of bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim deposit bonuses or referring yourself through an affiliate programme.
• Colluding with other players in any game or competition available on winpkr95.
• Using the platform in any way that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information at registration or during the account verification process.
• Attempting to access another player's winpkr95 account without their permission.

winpkr95 actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct using automated detection and manual review. Accounts found to be in breach of these prohibitions will be closed without notice and any balances — including original deposits — may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or criminal conduct is suspected.

7Responsible Gaming

winpkr95 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your winpkr95 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders that notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from winpkr95 for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from winpkr95. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed and your account will remain closed.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr95 will not be liable for any loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages — arising from:

• Temporary or extended unavailability of the winpkr95 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, scores or statistics resulting from data feed failures or technical errors, where bets placed on the basis of such errors are subsequently voided.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or any bank.
• Any action taken on your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from participation in any game, bet, or promotion offered on winpkr95 — you participate in all gaming activities at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits winpkr95's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of your winpkr95 experience — a bet settlement, a payment issue, a bonus query, or any other matter — please contact our support team in the first instance at support@winpkr95.bet. winpkr95 aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct contact, winpkr95 has an internal escalation process. Details of the escalation procedure are available from our support team on request.

In the event of any discrepancy between the winpkr95 system records and a player's own records, the winpkr95 server records shall be considered definitive unless a demonstrable technical error can be shown to have occurred.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using winpkr95, you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process.

11Amendments to These Terms

winpkr95 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winpkr95 will provide notice to registered members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections to spelling or formatting — may be made without prior notice.
